Janice sighed with the relief that only comes after a day of hard work as she parked her car in the garage of her house. As she closed the garage door behind her she looked at the rearview mirror to see Maddy smiling with a ring of chocolate around her mouth. She just finished the ice cream. Maddy gave her own sigh of satisfaction, though hers was the satisfaction of finishing her treat. Janice smiled, happy with herself for successfully distracting Maddy from her mother. Janice exited the car and moved to help Maddy out of her booster seat.

“You know I can get it myself,” Maddy complained as Janice took over unfastening the buckles.

“I don’t mind helping,” Janice said expertly freeing Maddy. “I know these things are notoriously hard to get out of from the inside.”

“I’m practiced,” Maddy said standing up and flattening her skirt.

“I know,” Janice relented. “Now quit pouting and come inside, I want to finish Road of Champions.”

“It’s like a sixty-hour game babe, I doubt we’ll finish it.”

“Well, we can still make a dent in it,” Janice knelt in front of Maddy and lifted her skirt, checking her diaper. Maddy rolled her eyes. Janice gently patted Maddy’s butt, her sign that Maddy didn’t need a diaper change. “Go pick out a cute onesie for me.”

“As long as you pick out sexy pjs for me,” Maddy smirked back. The two made their way inside of Janice’s house a much more than modest suburban abode.

Janice’s house was big enough for her family with two kids and then some. Now that it was just her and Maddy, it was almost too big, though Maddy had plenty of ideas about what to do with the extra rooms. Maddy moved in with Janice shortly after they started dating. It just made sense for them to live together with how much care Maddy needed with her still being in diapers, and Janice needed someone else to fill the space in her house. Maddy fit right in.

The house was three stories: a ground floor, upper floor, and basement. The ground floor that Maddy and Janice entered in through a door leading to the garage from the kitchen, was the general living are. A large living room took up the majority of the space, and it was situated next to the long kitchen with attached dining room. Stairs leading up and down were on the right wall of the house, stairs that Maddy bounded too when they arrived inside, Janice followed at a walking pace. Upstairs was where the bedrooms were. The stairs going up went into the upstairs hallway and on one side of that hallway was the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and the other side were Jill and Josh’s former rooms along with a shared bathroom between them. Janice and Maddy split here, with Maddy going to Jill’s old room and Janice going to the master bedroom.

The reason the two split off had to do with one of those holes Maddy filled. Some might say that Janice keeping her kid’s diaper furniture was excessive, and they would be right, but Maddy was conveniently there to make use of them now. Like with most things, use of cribs was based more on potty training than age. So, children often slept in cribs until they were in their late teens, when a lot of them started potty training and thus needed easy the access to the bathroom at night that a crib did not provide. So, there were cribs made large enough to fit an adult, most of them neatly converted to a typical bed as well.

Maddy was almost eager to take the crib beds that Janice still had. At first it was because they weren’t quite at the stage in their relationship where sleeping together was appropriate. Now, even though they were at that stage, and they did sleep together on some nights, Maddy still preferred the crib most of the time. Like with most things, half of it was the same belief her mother had that those in diapers needed to use diaper furniture no matter the circumstances, and the other half was a sense of familiarity. For Maddy’s whole life she had slept in something like a nursery. Even when she was alone in her apartment she was supplied with all the nursery essentials. Staying in the nursery at Janice's house was a natural transition for her.

Jill, being the late bloomer of Janice's kids, had the room that was the most juvenile, and it was the one Maddy gravitated too. It had the crib bed as well as a changing table and a large chair made for bottle feeding. All that furniture took up most of the room, the remainder was filled with a pink plush rug and a dresser and nightstand. Maddy bounded in and made her way to the dresser, opening one of the drawers which was full of onesies and sleepers. A lot of people still in diapers preferred onesies or sleepers for the support they gave to the diaper as it got full. Though there were more mature prints available, Maddy tended toward the cutesy prints, and there were plenty of cutely printed onesies out there.

Maddy grabbed a light purple onesie decorated with dark blue smiling bats flying across the onesie like it was a night sky. Maddy looked over her shoulder expecting Janice to be there. Janice often helped Maddy get ready for bed as she usually needed a diaper change before going to bed. This time though, Maddy was alone which she didn’t mind. Changing into pjs didn’t have quite the social faux pas that changing your own diaper did. So Maddy got to work changing herself. After she had thrown off her work clothes, she noted her diaper and how it was wet. She clicked her teeth in annoyance. It wasn’t a surprise, but it did put a damper on her previous high of making it to the potty on time. She grabbed her phone and noted the failure on her potty-training app.

“Need some help?” Janice said, poking her head in the room. Maddy jumped a bit in surprise and blushed a little, as she was currently standing in nothing but her diaper. It faded quickly. Being together for as long as they were, and as many diapers as Janice had changed, the two had seen each other naked plenty of times. Janice herself was pretty close to naked, much to Maddy’s joy.

Janice was wearing a two-piece pajama set, the bottoms were benign white sweatpants, but the top was a white crop top secured by one button that appeared to be doing its best to hold things together. Maddy could see Janice’s bra underneath, and she shamelessly stared.

“Ooo I like those,” Maddy said in a sultry tone.

“And you picked out a very cute onesie so fair is fair,” Maddy held her arms up wordlessly and Janice brought the onesie down over her head. Maddy fixed her hair as Janice slowly snapped the onesie shut.

“Ok, so Road of Champions?” Maddy asked excitedly.

“Come on Maddy you know you’re missing something,” Janice said with a hand on her hip. Maddy rolled her eyes and opened another drawer of the dresser and fished out a black pacifier attached to a purple pacifier clip decorated with moons.

“I’m not that much of a baby you know,” Maddy said unconvincingly.

“Deny it all you like, but I see how much you love your binkie,” Janice took the soother from Maddy. “Order us some food while I clean this off and make you a baba.” Maddy rolled her eyes and donned a slight blush as she picked her phone back up, swiping to her food delivery app while Janice walked downstairs. She wasn’t given any directions, but she knew Janice enough to pick out food she would like. Maddy ordered from a nearby chicken place while she carefully walked down the stairs, having finished the order when she reached the bottom step. She was greeted by Janice shoving the pacifier into her mouth and attaching the clip to her onesie. The pacifier still had some hot water on it from Janice cleaning it.

“What’s on the menu?” Janice asked.

“Jim’s chicken,” Maddy said letting the pacifier fall out of her mouth and get caught by the clip. Janice handed Maddy a large baby bottle filled with water which Maddy immediately took a drink from.

“All right let’s get the game started,” Janice skipped off to the large tv in the living room.

“By the time we get going the food will be here,” Maddy commented as Janice fired up a computer connected to the tv.

“We gotta maximize the time we have,” was Janice’s excuse. She handed Maddy a controller with a smile and Maddy sighed playfully as she took it.

The two sat down on the large couch in the living room. Janice had a small table in front of her where her preferred mouse and keyboard say. Maddy more laid on the couch, leaning against Janice.

“What were we doing again?” Maddy asked with a giggle.

“We were doing Dark Fists’ companion quest, I think. Remember, he was like raised by a werewolf and was seeking revenge against that werewolf hunter.”

“Oh yeah yeah. We need to have Moondancer in the party cuz she’s got that fear of wolves. Maybe that'll give us some unique dialogue.”

“Yeah, lemme go back to camp and get her,” Janice quickly started navigating through menus. In the meantime, Maddy absent mindedly put the pacifier in her mouth and cuddled close to Janice.

By the time Janice managed to recruit the correct party member and get the group close to the encounter there was a knock at the door.

“This is why we never make any progress,” Janice said annoyed. “Go get the food Maddy you’re more dressed than me. Maddy wordlessly stood up and made her way to the door while Janice paused their game and switched to a streaming service.

“Well, hey there sweetie,” The delivery driver cooed as Maddy answered the door. “Got some chicken tendies your mommy ordered for you.”

“Thanks,” Maddy said in a sour tone, letting the pacifier fall from her mouth again. She was a little annoyed. She was probably older than this delivery driver, so she didn’t appreciate being talked down to. Also, she was the one who ordered food for her “mommy” not the other way around. She grabbed the food and quickly shut the door without any more interaction. She sat the food down on the coffee table in the living room. Despite her annoyance at the delivery person, she didn’t have the heart to give them anything less than five stars.

Janice had just finished dragging the highchair to be next to the tv. It was a slim and simple wooden chair with a padded seat for comfort. Maddy clambered inside and proceeded to buckle herself into the chair’s five-point harness, one not dissimilar to the one on the booster seat in Janice’s car. Really the harness was a tad excessive for someone Maddy’s size, but she always insisted on using it, often buckling herself in unprompted. Maddy raised her arms as Janice slid the tray of the high char over the arms of the chair along some rails on the arms. The tray clicked securely in place and Janice set Maddy’s bottle on top of it.

“Ok which one is yours and which one is mine?” Janice held up two disposable containers.

“I got you the spicy chicken sandwich, I had tenders.” Janice looked into one of the containers and then sat it on the highchair’s tray. Maddy eagerly opened it and ate a fry before being interrupted by Janice fastening a bib around her neck. It was a large bib decorated by a scene of a happy swamp with a little frog smiling and sitting on a lily pad. Maddy didn’t mind the interruption and got to work opening the dipping sauce for her tenders while Janice picked out a video to watch while they ate. Maddy rolled her eyes as Janice continued from the middle of a dramatic show about truckers.

As usual Maddy finished eating first but had become engrossed in the show.

“Ok I gotta stop before I get sucked in,” Janice said after finishing her meal. She paused the episode, switching back to their game and getting up to collect the trash from their meal. Before grabbing Maddy’s she poked at Maddy’s diaper through her onesie. “That feels like you need a diaper change.” Janice reached to the back of the chair where the release for the tray was and after clicking it free, set it aside. She then unbuckled Maddy so she could unsnap the onesie and see the diaper in full. “Oh yeah you do need a diaper change.”

“We are never getting to our game,” Maddy complained hopping down.

“You say that like it’s my fault,” Janice removed the bib from Maddy and sat it on the seat of the highchair. “Come on I’ll be quick, and we can get you into one of those cute bunny diapers yeah?”

“If that’s what you want,” Maddy grabbed her girlfriend’s hand as they walked upstairs and to Maddy’s room. Maddy sat down on the changing table while Janice opened one of the drawers. She held up the large bunny printed diaper with a smile. Maddy couldn’t help but smile back. She laid down on the table and let Janice run the chest strap over her, as well as put her hands in feet into the extra restraints this changing table had.

“Yeah, I definitely like this one more,” Janice said smirking as she folded Maddy’s onesie over her belly and untaped the wet diaper.

“Is that flirting?” Maddy said laughing.

“Might be,” Janice threw the diaper away in the pail underneath the changing table, then she tickled Maddy’s sides. Maddy laughed and wiggled in the restraints. “You’re just so cute all tied up and helpless like that. All exposed,” Janice gently ran her fingers across Maddy’s body. “Don’t act like you don’t want it.” Maddy squirmed against the restraints, and Janice giggled. She reached into the nightstand next to Maddy’s crib and pulled out a small vibrating wand. Maddy looked at the massager and wiggled again. “Someone’s squirmy,” Janice commented seductively. “We gotta take care of that.” Janice pressed a button and the wand whirred to life. "Don't want you wiggling everywhere during your diaper change." Moments before making contact Maddy suddenly laughed. “What’s so funny?” Janice asked confused. The laugh wasn’t the sexy kind of laugh.

“Babe,” Maddy looked up from her restrained position with a goofy smile on her face. “We are never finishing that fucking game.” There was a second of silence before they both started laughing.

“We’ll finish it baby, the night’s still young. Now shut up and let me work.” Janice pushed Maddy’s pacifier back into Maddy’s mouth and pushed the vibrator to Maddy’s exposed and helpless body. Maddy let out a moan over the pacifier.
