Hinta stood in the corner of the room blushing and trying to shrink into herself as Naruto talked with the village elder.

“I’m afraid the traditions are clear Hokage,” the village elder explained again. “She,” he said angrily pointing at Hinata. “Was in charge of guarding the ancient scroll, and it was stolen under her watch. That scroll is filled with all manner of forbidden jutsu, additionally it is a culturally important artifact to the village as well.”

“I understand that,” Naruto said annoyed. “The hidden leaf ninja will evaluate Hinata’s performance ourselves,” Naruto also looked to Hinata with a touch of annoyance. “So, adding on this extra punishment from your village is unnecessary.”

“Perhaps it is your evaluation that is unnecessary,” the elder countered. “For I must insist we go forward without punishment. It is written down in laws even older that founding of the village hidden in the leaf. No one is immune to them, not even you Hokage.”

Naruto grumbled as he turned away. He had been at this for hours and the elder simply was not budging. He wasn’t wrong either. Naruto was bound by old laws as much as anyone, and Hinata did royally screw up this mission. He was finding himself less and less inclined to continue this fight.

“Fine,” Naruto said with a sigh.

“What!” Hinata protested. “Surely you can’t be serious.”

“My hands are tied Hinata,” Naruto said in frustration. “This mission was a serious failure and there has to be consequences.”

“I’m glad you agree Hokage,” the elder said with a sneer.

“B-but …” Hinata started to protest more but Naruto silenced her with a hand.

“I will perform the seals myself, and I shall take care of Hinata while she is … indisposed.”

“That is acceptable,” the elder nodded. “Come. We can begin right away,” he moved toward the door and Naruto followed. Hinata meekly followed behind the two her head permanently lowered.

It only took a few moments for the dark room to be filled with several members from the village. The small room was lit only with candles, and Hinata was lying naked on the ground secured with various straps that kept her from wiggling too much and left naked her exposed to all the onlookers.

“I will instruct you on the correct seals to apply,” one member of the villagers spoke up as Naruto knelt down next to Hinata paint brush in hand.

“Try and stay still,” he said to Hinata. Hinata reflexively tried to cover her body but her arm was caught by one of the straps securing her to the ground.

“This seal will prevent her from talking, this one will make it harder for her to walk, this one will lower her strength, and this one will weaken her bladder and bowels,” the man explained. Naruto dutifully and carefully painted the instructed seals applied the chakra to activate them as the man spoke. Hinata could subtly feel as each sensation leave her body. She would be totally helpless after this was finished, nothing but an overgrown baby. She was starting to suspect that was the idea.

“Ok,” Naruto said wiping his brow. “That should be it.”

Hinata attempted to struggle and found it even more difficult to wiggle against her restraints with her weakened strength. She attempted to shout in protest but all that came out was, “Abwaba. Aaaa baaa!” she stammered in shock. Hinata’s whole skin burned red as she felt the stares of everyone in the room, but her humiliation was not yet complete. Hinata felt a strange sensation and felt a warm liquid pool underneath her. “Aaaa gaaa!” Hinata babbled in shock. She wiggled more as she heard some giggles from the crowd around her.

“Are we sure we can’t keep her?” one asked.

“Wow how pathetic!” another yelled out.

“How was she ever a ninja?” A gruff voice giggled.

“You may want to go ahead and get her in these,” One of the villagers said barely containing a laugh. Naruto sighed and took the diaper the villager was holding. Naruto released Hinata and dragged the wriggling former ninja out of the puddle of her urine and quickly got to work cleaning her into it before the weakened bowels took effect. Hinata babbled in protest but was powerless to stop Naruto as he taped her into what would be the first of many diapers. The diaper itself was humiliating. It featured an all over print of baby blocks and stuffed bears. Hinata would have wondered where they got such a thing if she wasn’t busy being mortified.

“Stop fussing Hinata, unless you want to keep making a mess,” Naruto huffed in annoyance. He took a large pacifier from one of the villagers and popped it into Hinata’s mouth. Much to Hinata’s embarrassment it was successful at silencing her. She wiggled both at the sensation of the diaper around her waist and at the gaze of everyone in the room who saw her as nothing but a baby. “Gosh you really are just a big dumb baby under all these seals.”

Naruto picked up Hinata and balanced her on his hip pretty easily.

“Well, if there’s nothing else,” Naruto said visibly annoyed. “I’d like to take Hinata back to the leaf village and figure out what to do with her.”

“Of course,” the village elder said in a cheery mood as he looked at the babified Hinata.

“Be sure to take her through the village on your way out,” one of the village members said. “I’m sure everyone would love to see the new baby.” Naruto didn’t respond, but he did obey. Hinata was forced to endure the stares and the coos of all the villagers as Naruto made what felt like a multi mile journey to the exit of the village.

“Abaguh,” Hinata babbled quietly as she buried her blushing head into Naruto’s shoulder.

“You’re going to have to get used to it Hinata,” Naruto said gruffly. “Your punishment for failing this mission is living as a big baby. You’re better get used to everyone seeing you as a little diaper filling baby because that’s what you’re gonna be until we can get that scroll back, and maybe even longer after that.”

“Wuh,” Hinata babbled in defeat.

Hinata was in a place that had become familiar over the past few weeks. A small playpen in the corner of Naruto’s Hokage office, in a humiliating pink onesie with a flower print and with a soggy diaper underneath.

Over time it had gotten easier for her to start idly playing with the baby toys scattered around her play pen. Boredom was what drove her to shake the rattle and stack the blocks provided for her. It was the only thing she could do in her weakened state.

What didn’t get any easier though was the humiliation from Naruto’s constant visitors, and none were quite as bad as Sakura who entered Naruto’s office with Shino and Kiba trailing behind her. As usual she forgot completely why she even came to Naruto as she got distracted by …

“Baby Hinata!” Sakura squeed as she effortlessly picked up Hinata. “It’s so funny how she really plays with those dumb little baby toys.”

“Aaaaga!” Hinata protested and squirmed but Sakura simply pushed the pacifier clipped to Hinata’s onesie into her mouth.

“Aww someone’s fussy, I bet Naruto forgot to change your diapee again huh.” Sakura ran her finger along the leg band of Hinata’s diaper as she spoke. “Oh yeah soggy baby.” Hinata groaned in annoyance. “You gotta keep a watch on her more Naruto,” Sakura said more to Hinata than to Naruto. “She’s a real diaper filler this one. Dumb. Little. Diaper. Filler,” Sakura booped Hinata on the nose as she said each word.

“How is the search going?” Naruto asked Kiba seeing that Sakura was too infatuated with Hinata.

“Pretty well,” Kiba said proudly. “You know nothing can stop Akamaru when he gets the scent. We’ll have that scroll back and Hinata back to normal before you know it.”

“Do we have to take the little baby away so soon?” Sakura asked while tickling a fussing Hinata. “Everyone loves our little loser pants filler.”

“Morale has greatly improved since Hinata started her new position,” Shino agreed.

“Yeah, everyone loves bullying the new leaf ninja mascot,” Kiba said succinctly. “Especially since Sakura doesn’t mind changing the messy diapers.”

“Oh, speaking of messy diapers,” Sakura giggled. “Someone’s a stinky baby too huh?”

“Baaaaah!” Hinata squirmed even more. It was embarrassing enough that she was forced to use her diapers helplessly, it didn’t help that Sakura had a habit of announcing the fact she did to everyone in the room. She squealed some more as Sakura deliberately rubbed the mess in.

“Yeah, whose are little useless diaper filler? It’s you! It’s dumb little baby Hinata!” Sakura continued her bullying.

“Besides,” Kiba continued. “I don’t think Hinata can even go back to being a ninja after this,” Kiba snickered at Hinata and Sakura’s exchange.

“Just focus on tracking down those thieves and finding that scroll,” Naruto sighed.

“You got it boss,” Kiba gave a quick salute. “You coming Sakura?”

“Right behind you,” Sakura answered clearly distracted. “Right after I change our little messy ninja’s diaper.”

“Muh buh,” Hinata babbled quietly. While this whole thing was beyond humiliating, she did want to get into a clean diaper. Additionally, over time, she found herself kind of enjoying the more intimate moments of her punishment. Diaper changes from Sakura and Naruto included.

“No complaints from me or the baby,” Naruto joked. Sakura smiled and carried Hinata off.

“It’s a good thing you’re so cute to counteract act how pathetic this all is,” Sakura mused. “From heiress of the Hyuga clan to a dumb little pants filler, thank god I’ve never failed as bad as you.”

Naruto smiled as he watched Hinata from across the room. She was in a large baby bouncer and was babbling complaints as a crowd of ninja bounced and played with her. It was a celebration for the successful return of the scroll that got Hinata in this predicament to begin with, so Naruto thought it appropriate that baby Hinata make an appearance. He should have expected that she would become the focal point of the party itself.

“Have you still not gotten the go ahead to break all those seals on Hinata?” Ino shocked Naruto out of his trance.

“Oh, hey Ino,” Naruto acknowledged the girls presence.

“So?” Ino said crossing her arms. “Have you heard back from them yet? That scroll was returned weeks ago.”

“I have,” Naruto answered curtly. “And they gave me instructions on how to break the seals.”

“Are you sure?” Ino asked as she looked over to Hinata’s bouncer. Sakura now had the baby ninja in her grasp and was tickling her in an apparent bid to get her to wet her diapers. A cheer from the forming crowd signaled the effort was a success. “She definitely still looks sealed to me. Unless the other ninja are right and she really does like being a helpless baby.”

“Oh, she is,” Naruto explained. “I can break the seals whenever I want, and reapply them as well. It’s no bother to me if she stays as a little diaper filler for a bit longer.”

“Oh,” Ino said in surprise.

“I thought Sakura might like it if the baby ninja was present for her team’s celebration party,” Naruto watched Sakura happily play with Hinata and knew he made the right call.

“Hard to imagine her ever being anything other than the town baby girl after this,” Ino admitted. “Everyone loves humiliating her and she certainly makes it easy.”

“I’ve certainly noticed the improvement our new mascot has had,” Naruto explained. “So, let’s just say Hinata’s position as a hidden leaf ninja is under evaluation. Even if I do break the seals, it’s clear that she’s better at being a dumb baby girl that she is at being a ninja.”

“Uh oh looks like the baby’s messed her diapee!” Sakura called out. Murmurs erupted in the small crowd as Hinata babbled a complaint. “You guys wanna watch me change the little stinker?”

“Nuuuuuuh!” Hinata whined as cheers of affirmation emanated from the gathered crowd.

“Hush baby. Don’t you wanna get changed?”

“Muhhh!” Hinata cried.

“Maybe she likes being a messy baby,” an onlooker commented.

“I always though she was a little freak,” another added. “Makes sense she’d enjoy being a dumb little diaper filler.”

“She’s better at that than being a ninja for sure,” one joked.

Naruto chuckled watching. Ino left to join the excited crowd. What none of them knew was that he had already broken the seals already, as soon as he learned how in fact. Hinata had actually agreed to play the baby today and had the seals reapplied. She agreed to play baby a lot actually. She liked the humiliation more than she let on it seemed, and Naruto didn’t mind the boost in ninja morale.

Naruto watched carefully as Sakura started changing her on the floor. Forced to lay back and take the humiliation of not only messing her diaper in front of all of her friends, but also having it changed in front of them was probably giving her all of the humiliation she needed and then some. Naruto pondered if, after all of this, he should give Hinata a break and let her be a big girl for a bit.

“Oh my gosh guys she is enjoying this!” Sakura yelled out while she was cleaning. “What a baby. I hope Naruto never breaks your seals and you stay our little slutty baby forever

“Waaaah!” Hinata cried in shame. Laughter and teasing erupted from the watching crowd. It made Naruto reconsider giving Hinata her big girl time. After all she really was great at being an embarrassing little baby.
